随着新一代移民年龄的增长以及不少移民的父母的来访, 很多朋友越来越关心老年人的社会福利问题. EVCAA 预期举办几期关于退休福利, 老年健康保险, 老年健康福利的讲座. 我们将根据大家的反馈意见进行调整讲座内容.
我们很高兴地宣布我们荣幸地邀请到非赢利组织Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia的CEO John Skirven在5月12日下午2PM 在ODU BAL BUILDING给我们做第一场讲座. 讲座的题目是 “Health Care and Resources for the seniors and their Families”. 我们交给John 三个问题:
1. What programs are for the senior US citizens?
2. What programs are for the senior permanent residents?
3. What programs are for the non-immigration visa holders like senior visitors?

Dear friends,
With the more and more immigrants approach to the retirement age, as well as the visit of many immigrant parents, many of us are increasingly concerned about social welfare issues in the elderly care and resources. EVCAA will organize a few seminars on retirement benefits, elderly health insurance, and elderly health benefits.
We are very pleased to announce that we are honored to invite non-profit organization CEO of the Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia John Skirven in our first lecture on May 12, 2PM in ODU BAL BUILDING. The lecture topic is “Health Care and Resources for the seniors and their Families “.
We gave John three questions:
1 What programs are for the senior U.S. citizens?
2 What programs are for the senior permanent residents?
3 What programs are for the non-immigration visa holders like senior visitors?
